Spinal Decompression

Spinal decompression is a gentle, non-surgical treatment designed to reduce pressure on the spine’s discs and surrounding nerves. It is especially beneficial for individuals experiencing herniated discs, sciatica, or chronic back pain. Through controlled spinal stretching, decompression therapy supports the body’s natural healing process by improving circulation, reducing inflammation, and promoting disc rehydration. Each session is carefully customized to the patient’s condition, comfort level, and treatment goals, ensuring a safe and effective experience.

How Does it Work?

1. Assessment

An initial consultation and examination are performed with our chiropractors to evaluate each patient's specific condition and determine if spinal decompression is an appropriate treatment.

2. Set Up

During a spinal decompression session, patients rest comfortably on a specialized treatment table while the chiropractor adjusts the settings to address the specific condition.

3. Treatment

Gentle traction and relaxation cycles create negative pressure within the spinal discs, helping to reduce pressure on nerves, encourage retraction of bulging or herniated discs, and promote the flow of oxygen and nutrients.
